We founded Filadelfia Drywall because we feel that drywall finishing is an art. Many take this craft lightly, but perfection should be standard when it comes to your home.
Being that 'Filadelfia' in it's origins means brotherly love, we are a team of close-knit individuals with over 30 years of combined experience. We work efficiently and cleanly in order to give you the results you imagined, without the mess.

Since opening in 2017, we have become masters of our craft. We go above and beyond to ensure you’re satisfied and will work with us again.
Offering services including insulation, drywall installation, taping/finishing, popcorn and texture removal, priming and painting and all types of repairs in renovations, in Toronto and the GTA.

RODNEY PACHECO
PRESIDENT
Rodney brings more than 10 years of experience in construction and drywall contracting, with a strong background in interior finishes and drywall finishing. He built Filadelfia Drywall from the ground up with a focus on craftsmanship, consistency, and a well-defined process for delivering high-quality results. Now leading Filadelfia Drywall, his close involvement in each project and attention to client needs help ensure every detail is considered from start to finish.
ALEX PACHECO
FOUNDING PARTNER
A founding partner of Filadelfia Drywall, Alex brings more than 20 years of hands-on industry experience to the company. A painter by trade, he leads Filadelfia Painting and brings a practiced eye for quality, detail, and workmanship to every project. His experience and commitment to doing things right continue to shape the standard of work our team delivers.
MICHAEL SILVA
EXECUTIVE MANAGER
Michael oversees many of the day-to-day activities that connect our clients, projects, and internal team. From estimating and quoting to account communication and operational support, he helps keep information clear and projects moving in the right direction. His organized and approachable style helps create a smooth experience for both clients and the team throughout each project.
GIOVANNA SILVA
FINANCE MANAGER
Giovanna manages the financial side of Filadelfia Drywall, overseeing areas such as budgeting, payroll, and day-to-day financial administration. Her careful approach helps keep the business organized and provides the financial support needed behind every project. Dependable and detail-oriented, she helps ensure the company continues to operate smoothly as it grows.
CARLOS MAYORGA
SITE SUPERVISOR
Carlos oversees daily activity on site, working closely with our crews to keep projects coordinated, safe, and on schedule. His hands-on approach helps maintain quality standards while ensuring work progresses efficiently from one stage to the next. With a strong understanding of the work in the field, he helps turn project plans into finished results.
